1. Acceptance of Platform Terms

By accessing or using Mingi ALI, users agree to use the platform responsibly and to follow the Terms, Privacy, Responsible Use, Safety, Consent, and platform-protection notices described in this Policy Center. If a user does not agree with these boundaries, they should not use the platform.

2. Minimum Age and Permission

Users must be old enough to lawfully use online services in their location. Users under 18 should use Mingi ALI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Mingi ALI is not directed to children and is not designed to replace parental, guardian, school, professional, medical, mental-health, or emergency support.

3. Account Registration and Account Responsibility

Users who create an account should provide accurate information and keep account access secure. Users are responsible for activity under their account and should not share passwords, security codes, or access credentials with others. If a user uses Mingi ALI on behalf of another person, business, organization, project, or client, the user is responsible for having the authority and permission to do so.

4. Platform Purpose

Mingi ALI provides educational, creative, research, writing, organizational, reflective, and personal-development support. It may help users draft, organize, explore, summarize, compare, reflect, and develop user-directed content. The platform is designed to support user thinking and creation, not to replace the user’s own judgment or qualified professional review.

5. No Licensed Professional Advice

Mingi ALI is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, immigration, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, emergency, crisis, securities, or other licensed professional service. Mingi ALI does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, provide clinical care, provide legal conclusions, provide personalized investment advice, or replace qualified professionals.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for how they use, interpret, publish, submit, share, apply, or rely on platform output. Important information should be independently reviewed and verified. Users are responsible for decisions, actions, submissions, publications, applications, investments, claims, documents, and communications they create or use.

7. Accuracy, Availability, and No Guaranteed Outcomes

Mingi ALI may generate incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unclear, similar, repeated, or unsuitable information. The platform does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uniqueness, availability, uninterrupted service, acceptance of submissions, employment results, income results, business results, investment results, publication results, research acceptance, legal outcome, medical outcome, financial outcome, or any specific result.

8. User Content, Output, and Similar Results

Users are responsible for the text, files, images, prompts, questions, instructions, uploads, and other materials they provide to Mingi ALI. Users are also responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use output. Because AI-assisted systems may produce similar or overlapping responses for different users, output should not be assumed to be unique, exclusive, final, complete, or suitable for publication without user review.

9. Privacy and Sensitive Information

Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information. This includes medical, psychological, legal, financial, immigration, family, identity, appointment-related, private, or confidential information. If users choose to type, upload, paste, or share such information, they understand they are voluntarily providing it for platform processing and response generation.

10. Personal and Financial Information

Users should not enter credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, security codes, full birth dates, home addresses, or other unnecessary sensitive personal or financial information into chat. Payments, if offered, should be handled only through the official checkout or payment processor.

11. Information Mingi ALI May Receive

Depending on platform features used, Mingi ALI may receive information provided by users, such as chat text, prompts, uploaded files, images, account information, support messages, usage activity, device or browser information, general location signals from network access, payment-related records from official payment processors, and technical logs needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

12. How Information May Be Used

Information may be used to provide and maintain the platform, generate responses, support account functions, improve reliability, protect safety and security, respond to support or privacy requests, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, maintain records, and improve user experience. Mingi ALI should not request unnecessary sensitive information.

13. When Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, payment processing, email delivery, technical operations, analytics, or support functions; when required by law or legal process; to protect users, the platform, the owner, operators, or the public; in connection with business transfer or platform restructuring; or when a user chooses to share content with third parties.

14. MEFA, SFOP, and Magnetic Body Features

MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observation, field-frequency observation, and related Mingi framework features are intended for field-observation language, educational awareness, personal knowledge, research development, and personal-development reflection. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, or licensed professional services. Users should not treat MEFA or SFOP output as diagnosis, treatment, prescription, cure, medical advice, psychological advice, or professional decision-making.

15. Health, Emotional, and Personal Topics

Mingi ALI may provide general educational, reflective, or organizational support for health-adjacent, emotional, relationship, stress, personal-development, or life-context conversations, but it does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, crisis, or emergency services. Users should seek qualified support for health, mental-health, safety, or urgent concerns.

16. Self-Harm, Crisis, and Emergency Safety

Mingi ALI should not be used for emergencies or crisis response. The platform will not help plan, prepare, encourage, conceal, romanticize, write goodbye materials for, or complete self-harm, suicide, violence, or harm to others. If a user may harm themselves or someone else, or is in immediate danger, they should contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support resource right away.

17. Minors and Teen Safety

Mingi ALI is not designed to replace parental, guardian, school, professional, emergency, medical, or mental-health support for minors. 18. Legal, Immigration, Tax, Financial, Career, and Investment Topics

Mingi ALI may help organize information, explain general concepts, draft questions, compare options, or support user-directed research. It does not provide licensed legal, immigration, tax, financial, securities, retirement, employment-law, or investment advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making important decisions.

19. Files, Uploads, Publishing, and Exporting

Files and user content may contain private or sensitive information. Users should upload only what they choose to share for platform processing. Before publishing, exporting, submitting, or sharing any output, users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and removing private or sensitive information.

20. Copyright, Defamation, Likeness, and Public Claims

Users are responsible for ensuring that content they create, upload, publish, submit, or share does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, confidentiality, defamation, or other rights. Mingi ALI output should be reviewed before use in books, papers, websites, social media, applications, business materials, or public claims.

21. Third-Party Services, Sources, and Links

Mingi ALI may refer to, summarize, connect with, link to, or process information from third-party websites, tools, sources, payment processors, hosting systems, email providers, search tools, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Mingi ALI is not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, availability, accuracy, or actions.

22. Feedback

If users provide feedback, suggestions, corrections, comments, ideas, or feature requests, Mingi ALI may use that feedback to improve the platform without obligation to provide compensation, ownership, credit, or implementation.

23. Payment, Subscription, and Cancellation

If paid features, subscriptions, credits, plans, or checkout options are offered, users are responsible for providing accurate billing information through the official payment process. Prices, plan features, renewal terms, cancellation options, refunds, taxes, and payment processing details should be shown in the applicable checkout or subscription area. Users should not place payment card details inside chat.

24. Safety, Bad-Faith Use, and Platform Protection

Users may not use Mingi ALI to request dangerous instructions, illegal assistance, evasion, deception, exploitation, harassment, self-harm assistance, violence, unauthorized access, privacy abuse, or harmful misuse of the platform. Mingi ALI may refuse, redirect, limit, suspend, remove, or block requests, content, features, or accounts that conflict with responsible use, safety, privacy, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

25. Account, Access, and Service Changes

Mingi ALI may update features, policies, access levels, pricing, account functions, service availability, or platform behavior as the system develops. Some features may be experimental, limited, changed, paused, discontinued, or made available only to certain users, plans, or launch stages.

26. Retention, Deletion, and Data Controls

Mingi ALI should provide users with a way to contact the platform about account, privacy, deletion, export, correction, or support requests. Some information may be retained as needed for service operation, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute handling, or platform integrity. Additional retention, deletion, and data-control procedures may be added as the platform and account system mature.

27. Security

Mingi ALI should use reasonable technical, organizational, and operational measures to protect platform information. However, no online system, email, upload, cloud service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free. Users should take care when deciding what information to share.

28. Consent Records and Version History

Mingi ALI may use versioned notices and consent records for platform-wide policies, MEFA/SFOP features, uploads, exports, account use, payment use, and other sensitive features. Policy versions may be updated, and continued use may require renewed acknowledgment or consent.

29. Owner, Creator, Operator, and Platform Protection

Mingi ALI, its owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, and affiliated platform components are not responsible for user decisions, user-submitted content, user publications, user reliance on output, user misuse of the platform, third-party services, or claims arising from a user’s use of the platform, content, files, outputs, submissions, communications, or actions. Users are responsible for their own use and for reviewing all output before relying on it or sharing it.

30. Business and Organizational Users

If Mingi ALI is used by or on behalf of a business, organization, client, project, publication, professional activity, or commercial purpose, the user is responsible for ensuring authority, permissions, review, compliance, and lawful use. Business or organizational users are responsible for claims, losses, disputes, publications, or third-party issues arising from their use of Mingi ALI or platform output.

31. Developing Technology and As-Available Service

Mingi ALI is a developing platform. Services, responses, features, tools, and availability may change. The platform is provided as a developing and as-available service. Mingi ALI does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from all risks, or suitable for every purpose.

32. Copyright or Rights Concerns

If a user or rights holder believes content connected to Mingi ALI infringes copyright, privacy, likeness, or other rights, they should contact the platform with enough information to identify the material, explain the concern, and verify authority to act on behalf of the rights holder. A fuller copyright and rights-request process may be added as the platform matures.

33. Changes to Policies or Services

Mingi ALI may update this Policy Center and other platform notices from time to time for safety, security, legal, operational, product, technology, or user-experience reasons. Updated versions should include a revised version number or updated date. Continued use after updates may mean the user accepts the updated policy.

34. Trade, Legal, and Compliance Boundaries

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including laws related to privacy, intellectual property, publication, exports, sanctions, professional licensing, consumer protection, employment, finance, and public claims. Mingi ALI should not be used where use is unlawful or where user-provided material requires a license, clearance, or authorization the user does not have.

During the initial public launch period, Mingi ALI may be closely monitored and refined to improve user experience, privacy, safety, reliability, and response quality while remaining open for public use.
